Performance evidence

Measured across latency and packet loss

In a documented 2024 controlled lab comparison, Dataclone with RMDT moved one 50 GB file across 0–400 ms RTT and 0–2% packet loss. The comparator was FTP over standard TCP on 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps paths.

We used two servers with Intel Xeon E5-2643 v4 CPUs and SSD RAID stated above 11 Gbps, connected through a network emulator. Every run moved one 50 GB file across a matrix of 0–400 ms RTT and 0–2% packet loss.

1 Gbps path

With a 1 Gbps emulator bottleneck and 1,500-byte MTU, we measured 0.966–0.989 Gbps across the tested matrix.

10 Gbps path

With up to 10 Gbps emulator throughput and 9,000-byte MTU, we measured 9.264–9.843 Gbps across the tested matrix.

Bring us your endpoints, route and workload. We will test what Dataclone can deliver on your path.

Your path

Test the path that matters to you

We start with your endpoints, route, representative workload and current method. Then we agree what to test and the success criteria before the first run.

Review deployment requirements and security and access controls as part of that discussion.
